I’m at the airport. And I’m also not dead.

So, this week we’ve been involved in a super-duper secret project of awesomeness that I’m gonna have to tell you about later because there’s a gag order and if I mention it here on the blog Higher Ups will come into my house and burn all of my electronics and maybe even raze my house to rubble.

So, yeah. As a teaser, I will say:

1. It involves cameras.
2. It is lasting various days.
3. Our house is cleaner than it has ever been.

In other news, we’re here in SLC because we’re going to be on the Mormon Stories podcast. This is an interview that’s been a long time in coming. We were hesitant about it at first, but when we were approached again to do, we felt very clearly that we should do it. So it’s happening all day.

Gotta go, we’re on our way!

  1. So I can stop checking the obituary for your name, huh?

I am a Mormon Stories fan too (Bjorge Queen, we have something in common :)), and I was so excited when I learned (on that blog) that you are going to be on. John Dehlin always treats his guests respectfully, I'm sure you will be in good hands. Have fun. I can't wait to listen to the interview!

  2. Hey Josh,

Love your blog and appreciate how courageously and authentically you bring these important issues to light. Plus, you're hillarious.

I don't struggle with SSA, but have been wishing and waiting for someone with a voice to Champion this cause. Thank you for being that person.

I just came across this and thought you might find it interesting. I am shocked and upset by how late these safe places and policy changes have come into place, but also happy that things are getting better, even at BYU.

My computer won't let me paste te link, but YouTube "It Gets Better at BYU". If you haven't seen it, you'll want to.
